Community Standards - 

Seasonal -  Decor:

• Must be for the current season
• Do not require repair or maintenance

Halloween - Lights/Decor: 

• Set up and turned on no earlier than October 1st
• Turned off and taken down by November 7th (each year) 

December Holiday - Lights/Decor: 

• Set up no earlier than November 1st
• Turned on and operated no earlier than November 15th
• Left on no later than January 15th (each year)
• Taken down no later than February 1st (each year)
