There are three ways to enter Heritage Hills through the vehicle gates.

1. TRANSPONDERS:

Transponders are attached to your vehicle's, DRIVER's SIDE HEADLIGHT and trigger the resident gates to open.

  • In the resident lane, come to a complete stop at the sign installed on the right hand side of the resident lane, allow for gate to open and proceed carefully through the gate area and observice speed limits.
  • Additional or replacement transponders are $50 each.

2.   KIOSKS:

  • Entry Code - Each household has been assigned a unique Entry Code. This code ensures that only members of the community can gain access through the gates. Enter your unique Entry Code in the Kiosk pad, allow for the gate to open and proceed carefully through the gate area and observce speed limits.
    • If a new Entry Code is needed or you are experiencing Entry Code issues, please email: chasity@frommco.us
  • Resident Directory – Residents are listed by LAST name. When a guest arrives,  they are able to use the Directory to contact the resident they are visiting.  When the resident answers the call on their phone, they simply press the number "9" on their phone keypad, this action will open the gate for the guest to enter.

3. COMMUNITY APP by MyQ:

  • THE COMMUNITY APP by MyQ - provides residents with remote access, offering a secure and convenient way to manage and grant community entry anytime, anywhere, directly from  their smartphones, eliminating the need for keys, fobs or in-person access.
  • GUEST ACCESS - Grant temporary, guest passes to friends, family, or service providers via text or  email, with options for one-time use or specific timeframes.
