Community by MyQ App - Training Meeting
Summary of October 22nd, 2025 Webinar -
Provided a short training video on the Community by MyQ App. Provided an overview of the three different passes: Delivery, Temporary and Recurring Passes and gave examples on what pass to use for different type of "event(s)".
Gave insight on how to get vendors driving over-sized vehicles in to the Community. Instructed residents to direct the drivers to the Resident Lane(s), pulling all the way up to the installed sign, so the gate can be opened directly from the residents using the Community by MyQ App. Encouraged residents to be proactive and to be prepared to grant access to the driver prior to the delivery.
Informed residents that UPS, Amazon, FedEx, USPS and Emergency vehicles currently have access to the community when making routine deliveries, however outside those vendors, the residents need to create a guest pass for their own vendors entering the Community.
Gave details pertaining to the when a Delivery Pass is created, it becomes active in 15 minutes increments. Gave insight to the function of the URL button.
Discussion pertaining to the upcoming Holiday season, creating Temporary Guest passes for Holiday events.
